concept being based on antique.
since hotel is massive it need more efforts and may be more staff to clean muck all around, except this the staff services and other aspects were good, the lady looking after the hotel is dynamic , positive and full of energy but an advice the dusting part may be requiring a dedicated person and muck is often found under cover and unassuming places, regards

Spent Xmas at this quaint hotel and it was a magical experience! The views were breathtaking, especially when we caught a clear glimpse of the snow-capped mountains. The complimentary tea and muffins were just what we needed after a long journey. The staff was friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our visit. We also loved the vintage charm of the rooms and the unique decor.
We did find that the menu offered limited choices and lacked variety. some parts of the property looked like they could have used a bit more maintenance.

The view from the balcony was stunning, overlooking lush scenery that stretched across the valley. the food offered was good, although limited in options. the hotel is situated near some popular tea gardens and is in close proximity to the village center.
The room was outdated and in need of some renovation. the bathroom had leaking pipes and the water pressure was low.
